She has a Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, and Associate of Arts all in Communication Studies. Tara's experience includes Writing, Training, Curriculum Development, Change Management, Public Speaking and of course, Communication Strategy. Tara’s personal study passion is thoughts and all things thinking. Through all years of formal education in communications, Tara has not once come across a course in “self-talk,” so she brings it to the table in all of her endeavors.
